Help & Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about your order, editing, or printing? Find quick answers below or reach out to our team.

Q.How do I access and personalise a template?

Browse our catalogue, select your favourite design, and click 'Personalise This Invitation'. The editor opens immediately in your browser on desktop, tablet, or phone with zero account creation or logins required.

Q.Do I need to create an account or remember a password?

No! There are no customer accounts, passwords, or logins. The template link is public and opens immediately in your web browser.

Q.Why did my card reset when I refreshed the page?

By design, rosythepigeon operates under a strict zero-persistence privacy model. We never store your personal text, names, dates, or uploaded photos on our servers or databases. Always download your finished PDF or PNG before closing or refreshing your browser.

Q.What paper and printer settings do you recommend for printing?

We recommend printing on heavy cardstock (100–120 lb / 270–300 gsm) with an uncoated, matte, or linen texture. In your printer settings, ensure scale is set to '100%' or 'Actual Size' rather than 'Fit to Page'.

Q.Can I print these at local print shops like Staples, FedEx, or Walgreens?

Yes! Your PDF download is export-optimized at 300 DPI matching standard print specifications (e.g. 5 × 7 inches). You can upload the PDF or PNG directly to any professional or local print provider.

Q.What image formats can I upload for photo slots?

We support high-resolution JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10MB. Once uploaded, you can zoom and position your photo directly within the designated frame.

Q.My text is showing a warning that it does not fit. What should I do?

The editor automatically decreases font size down to a designer-approved minimum to preserve balance. If you enter very long sentences, shorten names or abbreviate dates (e.g., 'Sat, June 14' instead of 'Saturday the Fourteenth of June') to resolve the warning.
